Bible School Principal, Lecturer, Winter Instructor

I was born and raised in the north-west of Germany. For ten years I patrolled the streets as a Police Officer. As a young man God had put on my heart the desire to serve him one day in a different capacity. To make a long story short, after completing my theology degree at a seminary in Massachusetts/USA, I arrived at Tauernhof in the spring of 2016. I am married to Deborah and together we have five wonderful children Ruby, Bennett, Noemie, Emma and Max. We live in the city center of Schladming and enjoy the people, culture and nature, as well as our chaotic family life.

At Tauernhof I am responsible for leading the bible school programs and I am heavily involved in the preaching ministry. It gives me great pleasure to see and experience everyday how God provides everything we need. Seeing how people come to Tauernhof and experience Jesus, through my imperfect service, makes me marvel at the goodness and faithfulness of our creator.

“The Cross is the blazing fire at which the flame of our love is kindled, but we have to get near enough for its sparks to fall on us.”
